Library Legislative Day 2005 is set for April 19 in Carson City.

This day gives us a rare opportunity to meet and spend time with
our state
legislators on their working turf. 45 representatives from Nevada
libraries attended this event in 2003. I would like to see us at
least double
our participation this year. Please talk it up at your respective
libraries. I urge all library workers, trustees, and advocates to
attend. A strong
showing can only help our library measures before the legislature.
