Exhibitor, Sponsorship & Marketing Opportunities
The Nevada Library Association (NLA) invites organizations connected to the publishing and information industry to participate in our 2026 Annual Conference, taking place April 24–25, 2026.
This event provides an opportunity to connect with library professionals from across Nevada while showcasing your organization’s services, products, and support for libraries and the communities they serve.
Exhibit Hall – $300
10’ × 10’ Exhibit Space Includes:
- Pipe and drape (8’ high back wall)
- One 6’ table with tablecloth and two chairs
- WiFi and power access
- Exhibitor listing in conference materials
- Standard 11” × 17” vendor identification sign
- One conference registration (up to two attendees)
Exhibitors must be affiliated with the publishing or information industry.
Marketing & Advertising Opportunities
Organizations may increase their visibility through the following options:

Printed Conference Program Advertising
- Full Page Advertisement – $200
- Half Page Advertisement – $125
Additional digital advertising opportunities may be introduced closer to the event, pending platform availability.
Sponsorship Opportunities
A limited number of Featured Conference Sponsorships are available. Sponsorship recognition may include support of the Friday President’s Reception or Saturday Refreshment Break, along with additional promotional benefits.
Details will be coordinated directly with sponsors after registration.
Important Deadlines
Printed program advertising must be purchased and artwork submitted by March 20, 2026.
Detailed artwork specifications and submission instructions will be provided after registration.
