Cruise the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe on a paddle wheeler! 

Mark your calendars for Thursday, Nov. 6, at 12:00 pm. The NLA Conference Committee has chartered the Tahoe Queen paddle wheeler for a two-hour daytime cruise along the shores of Lake Tahoe! What better way to view and photograph the crystal clarity of this world-renowned lake? As a special treat, Mark Twain, portrayed by McAvoy Layne, will be entertaining us with “Tales of Tahoe.” Nationally know, Mr. Layne has portrayed Twain in A&E Biography and Discovery Channel’s Cronkite Award-winning documentary. And the price is right too – only $16 per person. In addition, a nice assortment of lunch entrees are available for purchase ($5.25 - $7.75) aboard the ship, ranging from soups and salads to grilled chicken and filets. The boat will be picking us up at the Hyatt Hotel docks; no driving required! Sign-ups will be accepted until the boat is full. Check at the conference registration desk.
