The 2003 Nevada Library Association/Mountain Plains Library Association joint conference will be held November 5-8, 2003 at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino, located on the shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Dine in one of the hotels restaurants, work out in the health club, or have a massage in the Stillwater Spa.  The Casino offers 24/7 gaming including slots, video poker, blackjack, craps, roulette, and a complete sportsbook. A complimentary shuttle bus is available to transport guests throughout the mountain community of Incline Village.

The Nevada Library Association secured 1999 room rates for the conference. A standard room with single or double occupancy will cost $99 per night, a considerable discount from the normal rate. Suites and lakeside cottages are also available, and the special rates extend two days before and two days after the conference. 

Conference pricing will be honored through October 5, 2003, but attendees are encouraged to book early to secure a room. In order to obtain conference room rates, attendees must use the designated website or mention the conference when contacting Hyatt Reservations by phone.
