Dear Exhibitor:

On behalf of the Nevada Library Association and Mountain Plains Library Association, I would like to invite you to participate at the November conference.  The conference will be held November 5-8, 2003 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe.

The exhibit session will open Thursday morning, November 6 at 9:00 a.m.  There will be four hours of no-conflict exhibit time throughout the meeting.  There will be an exhibitor’s reception Thursday evening.  Set up will be available on Wednesday afternoon and the exhibits will close on Friday afternoon at 5:00 p.m.

The grand ballroom has been reserved for all exhibits.  The facilities are excellent; however, there will be limited space available.  Each 6 x 8 booth will be available for $750.  This cost includes participation in exhibitors reception, one four foot table, one chair and a sign.
